Your access to Wizideals app and the use of any materials contained in this app is conditional to your acceptance and compliance to the terms & conditions, notices & disclaimers contained in this document as well as within the Wizideals app, at any usage point of time. By using Wizideals App, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Wizideals reserves the rights to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice. Your continued uses of Wizideals App following such changes constitute your agreement to be bound by the new terms & conditions.
Wizideals app intends to be free of charge application for users and we cannot guarantee that our service will be fault free. If user finds any fault in the app, you should report it by emailing to ([email protected]) & we will attempt to rectify it as soon as possible.
Your access to Wizideals may occasionally disable to allow for server maintenance and/or introduction of new version of our app.
Wizideals app has the right to suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our sole discretion without the needs to provide any reasons. The suspension or cancellation of your registration & your right to use Wizideals app shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.
Wizideals ensures that the information or material included in Wizideals app is correct, reputable and of high quality at the time of data entry. Wizideals will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of information or for any technical problems you may experience with Wizideals app. Wizideals will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as possible once we were informed of such incidents
Wizideals app is provided by Wizideals without any warranties or guarantees of any kind either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. You must bear the risk associated with the use of internet.
In particular, Wizideals disclaim all liabilities in relation to the following:
incompatibility of the Wizideals app with any of your equipment, software or telecommunication link;
any technical problems including errors or interruptions of Wizideals app;

By using this app, you expressly accepted & provide unconditionally consent that we may use any and/or disclose information about your demographics, location, contact and usage behavior in any manner which does not reveal your identity for the purpose of marketing, promotional, strategic development, research & customer improvements.
Your use of an e-Voucher (if provided) indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Wizideals does not guarantee the availability & quality of the redeemable goods from the e-Vouchers provided by our partners. E-Vouchers are offered in a limited quantity as determined by our partners and/or Wizideals. Wizideals reserves the rights not to extend its availability to users.
E-Vouchers services are bound by fault exposures of devices & connectivity. Wizideals does not guarantee the usability of the e-Vouchers downloaded. Wizideals reserves the rights to withdraw or cancel an e-Voucher for any reason at any time.
Wizideals should not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any e-Voucher or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use the e-Vouchers for any reason.
The content of Wizideals is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of Wizideals app on a digital device screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright & proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on Wizideals app without written permission from Wizideals. No license is granted to you in these terms & conditions to use trademark of Wizideals.
You may NOT use Wizideals app for any of the following purposes:
disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material,
transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, practices or code of practice
gaining unauthorized access to other computer system
interfering to any other person's use or enjoyment of the Wizideals app
breaching any law concerning the use of public communication network
making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner
You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs & expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us, all damages awarded against us under any judgement by a court of competent jurisdiction and all settlements sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us arising out or in connection with the following:
any claim by any third party that the use of Wizideals by you is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic nature, or is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice;
any claim by any third party that the use of Wizideals app by you infringes third party's copyright or other intellectual property in any nature; and
any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory, advertising or trading body or authority in connection with the use of Wizideals app by you
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Malaysia & any disputes will be resolved exclusively only by the Courts of Malaysia.
